30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your DawnRadiance products. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Start a Return Email us at support@dawnradiance.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@dawnradiance.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
